Inclusive Ballroom/Latin Dance Class

Join us every Wednesday from 10:30-11:30 AM for our FREE inclusive Ballroom/Latin class. Open to those who are seated or standing. No dance experience necessary…all skill levels are welcome! Learn the basics of adaptive ballroom dance in a welcoming environment. Open to ages 16+. Loaner chairs available in class for those who need them. Plenty of free parking and easy MTS paratransit access for drop-off/pick-up at the front door of the gym.
